Sue has been a national voice on mentoring for 20 years, dedicating her career to supporting young people to achieve their potential through her work in the charity sector.

Spending over a decade establishing education charity Brightside as a national authority on mentoring, Sue then headed up Hackney-based charity Inspire, celebrating and furthering the diversity and talent of local young people in East London before leading on their merger with 15Billion EBP.

Sue is currently a trustee for national charities Volunteering Matters and Mind of the Student and has also been a board member for the Mentoring and Befriending Foundation and the National Education Opportunities Network (NEON).
