The gunnercooke foundation works with its charity member, Hands on London, to deliver its annual Wrap Up London project. This year the campaign combined the work of 652 volunteers and 100 community groups to deliver over 20,907 warm coats to those in need, keeping them warm over the cold winter period. 2020 brought the added challenge of Covid-19 restrictions and organising quarantine for each of the donated coats. Despite this the project continued to be a huge success, with the total coats donated since its inception now at 179,547, making it one of the largest winter volunteering events in the city.
