The Mobile Advice Centre (MAC) project, in collaboration with YES Energy Solutions in 2024, has launched a Mobile Advice Centre aimed at tackling fuel poverty in hard-to-reach areas. This innovative initiative brings expert energy efficiency advice directly to vulnerable communities, offering personalised support on reducing energy bills, accessing grants, improving home energy efficiency and many more services. By reaching those who face barriers to traditional services, the project aims to empower residents, alleviate financial pressures, and promote sustainable living.

The MAC has been designed to reach the heart of communities, delivering expert guidance where fixed facilities and services are unavailable or to support existing facilities that are over capacity. By bringing advice directly to residents the initiative ensures that vital support reaches those who need it the most, fostering stronger, more resilient communities.
