No Cold Child is a campaign born from an ambition that every child has a warm coat for winter. Offering support to families struggling with the soaring day-to-day costs of sending their child to school and ensuring children in poverty arrive warm and ready to learn. Following research that showed 144,000 children are growing up in homes where parents struggle to buy them a warm winter coat, national PTA charity, Parentkind and British lifestyle retailer FatFace, joined forces to take action.

No Cold Child successfully sent out over 9,000 coats to vulnerable children in 60 days leading to winter 2024/25. Leveraging Parentkind's 13,000 PTA network, and FatFace’s £550k of children’s winter coats (RRP). Reaching 662 schools in 300 UK towns & cities, 54% of recipients were eligible for free school meals, double the nation average, hitting those most in need. 94% of parents reported a positive change in their children’s lives including improved learning and socialisation.

No Cold Child is a beacon of collaboration, a transformational blueprint between Charity and Enterprise and the campaign's success has led to expansion, with more retailers coming on board to reach a broader number of children, and raise aspirations for winter 2025.
