Client: Asthma + Lung UK

Since 2021, the collaboration between Irwin Mitchell and Asthma + Lung UK has set out to empower people with occupational lung disease. Together, we raise awareness of their rights by providing education and ensuring access to medical care.

We work together to address the health and legal needs of people living with a lung condition, with a particular focus on workplace-related respiratory illnesses and injuries, knowledge of workers’ rights and legal protection. We also provide a network of support and advocacy groups for people affected.

By pooling resources and expertise, we aim to drive long-term changes in public perception of lung disease, and to raise awareness of the availability of legal avenues for those affected by lung diseases.
