Alexis Steadman

Alexis joined RELX in 2019 to lead RELX Cares, their global community programme supporting employee volunteering and giving that makes a positive impact. She started her career in the charity sector at The Prince's Trust and her interest in partnerships began when she was appointed as project manager for a programme between the Prince's Trust and Marks & Spencer. Alexis went on to do a Masters in Corporate Responsibility before joining the CR team at Marks & Spencer where she worked on their Plan A programme for nearly 10 years. Whilst at M&S she worked on industry leading partnerships such as the M&S and Oxfam 'Shwopping' programme and the first carrier bag charging scheme. After M&S, she moved to the sustainably team at TJX (the parent company of TK Maxx) before taking the role at RELX.
